Edison School of Innovation provides a rigorous and relevant project-based approach to Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math that allows students to master core content as well as explore their areas of interest. Teachers support student learning by being educational innovators, incorporating effective instructional strategies with relevant tasks across the curriculum that students find both important and engaging
Knowledge-Based Curriculum
We believe that all of our students are curious about their surroundings and want to learn about the world. That is why our curriculum in every subject and every grade is focused on building knowledge. All our courses are organized by themes or topics rather than skills. Our students find these topics far more engaging and commit greater effort to learning than in a typical skills-based classroom. Students also develop the critical thinking and analytical skills they need to thrive.
