Recordkeeping of school governing board meetings are subject to open meeting law. Agendas and Meeting Minutes will be posted both online at this page, and also physically posted in the foyer of the front office. Agendas will be posted at least 24 prior to the time of meeting. Meeting minutes will be posted within 3 business days of the meeting.

Notice
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Edison School of Innovation, as well as to the general public that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on the posted date, time, and location. The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the agenda. Some members of the Board may participate by conference telephone. Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A), the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public.

Copies of the agenda and supporting materials will be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at the Edison School of Innovation front office during business hours, and the agenda is available online at https://www.edisonschoolaz.org/minutes-agendas/.
