2024-2025 School Year

Enrollment starts for the 24/25 school year on November 1, 2023. To register your child at Edison School of Innovation, please complete the online form below or request a printed copy from the school office. Once your registration application has been received, you will be notified of the next steps for enrollment.

Printed registration forms can be emailed to info@edisonschoolaz.org, dropped off at the school office, or mailed to our address.

Re-Enrollment

Re-Enrollment Form - After April 1: If you have a student currently attending Edison School of Innovation and would like to re-enroll for next school year, please complete this online re-enrollment process using your ParentVUE sign in. If you are unable to log in to your ParentVUE account, please contact the school office for assistance.
